Do I need to subscribe?
Yes, Hive works in combination with a subscription—for both the app and the Hive display. When you purchase a display, the subscription is free for the first 3 months.
Can I also use Hive on my own tablet?
Yes, Hive also works perfectly on your own Android/iOS tablet.
How do I use Hive on my phone
Your phone is your personal Hive assistant. On it, you can view your profile, tasks, and reward goals. Of course, shared tasks and lists are also available on the phone. You can switch to another profile, but you won’t be able to view multiple profiles side by side like you can on the Hive Display or a tablet.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes, we take all necessary precautions to handle your data with care. You can read more about this in our data & privacy policy.

How do I place an order?
Through the shop tab, you can easily add the desired products to your shopping cart. Then, follow the steps in the checkout process.
Can I still change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us to request changes.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using all common payment methods such as iDEAL and credit card. Payment for the app is processed via the App Store / Google Play Store.

What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, we charge a flat rate of €6.95 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €50. Different rates apply for international shipping.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–3 working days. For Belgium and other countries, it may take a little longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
Which delivery service do you use?
We ship via PostNL to ensure your order is delivered safely and quickly.
Do you also ship internationally?

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. To do so, use the withdrawal form that can be downloaded from this website.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect or damaged product).
My product arrived damaged, what now?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include a photo of the damage. We will then provide an appropriate solution.
WARRANTY
Do I have a warranty on my order?
Yes, the Hive Family Planner comes with a legal warranty. This means the product must meet the expectations that you may reasonably have of it
What is covered under the warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults not caused by misuse. Wear and tear from normal use is not covered by the warranty.
How long is the warranty period?
The standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Send an email to info@hivefamily.eu with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will contact you as soon as possible.
